    This was the perfect place for our stay in Modena! I stayed there with my 3 adult/teenage children and everyone had a bed and plenty of space. Ideally located for walking everywhere: the market with delicious food and fresh produce, the cathedral and the Tower, lots of restaurants and cafés... Highly recommended! And Guido is super helpful and responsive. It was easy to get into the apartment when we arrived and to leave on the day we checked out. Grazie Mile!

    A really lovely apartment, we found it spotlessly clean. Perfect location for getting around on foot, a stone's throw from the Duomo. The host was quick to reply and always clear with directions. Inside the apartment there's even a detailed guide, both for the appliances and on where to eat and what to see. Quiet area, would recommend!!

    The Airbnb in Modena was very clean and had everything you need for a pleasant stay. The location is perfect. Centrally located, so you can easily explore the city on foot, yet quiet enough to get a good rest. Guido was an extremely friendly and accommodating host who took the time to explain everything. I felt welcome from the start and really enjoyed my stay. I would come back any time and definitely recommend it.

    Beautiful apartment, very welcoming and clean, exactly as in the photos, located in the centre of Modena just a step away from the main sights. Guido is a friendly and attentive host and was very kind to let us check in early and check out late, making our stay perfect from an organisational point of view too.

The historic palazzo of the apartment

A noble residence on the Via Emilia, with a frescoed grand salon on the piano nobile. Through the main door you pass beneath the vaults of the entrance hall and go up to the apartment.

    Between 1773 and 1776 the palazzo rises on the Via Emilia, where the church of San Biagio once stood.

  2. 1890

    The engineer Vincenzo Maestri gives it the neoclassical façade it has today, for the Marquis Giuseppe Montecuccoli degli Erri.

  3. Today

    It is the seat of the Fondazione di Modena. Inside, on the first floor, is the apartment.

Modena Palace Suite is right in the old town. Step out of the main door of Palazzo Montecuccoli and you are already on the Via Emilia: the Duomo, the Ghirlandina and Piazza Grande are at the end of a short stroll, and you can see the whole city on foot.
