House rules
Welcome to Modena Palace Suite, in the heart of Modena's old town (CIN IT036023B4KNNMFFAI, CIR 036023-CV-00146). For a peaceful stay and to protect the home, we ask you to respect these rules.
Arrival and departure
- Check-in is from 14:30, on your own, using the key safe.
- Check-out is by 11:00.
- When you leave, please leave all the keys in the apartment, switch off the lights and close the door behind you.
Online check-in
Before arrival, every guest completes online check-in with Vikey, using their own identity document: Italian law requires this for guest registration. The link is sent by email and by message after booking.
The details for getting into the apartment are sent once online check-in is complete.
Who stays
- The apartment accommodates a maximum of 5 people.
- Only guests registered through online check-in may stay overnight.
- Parties or events are not allowed without the owner's consent.
Pets
Pets are welcome, but please ask first: mention them in the booking notes or to Guido, and wait for his confirmation. We ask you not to let them on beds and sofas and not to leave them alone in the apartment for many hours.
Respect for the home and the neighbours
- Please treat the home and its furnishings with care.
- Smoking is not allowed in the apartment: you may smoke in the inner courtyard.
- Please respect the neighbours' peace and quiet, especially from 23:00 to 8:00: the palazzo is lived in.
Safety and keys
- Always lock the door when you go out.
- If keys are lost, a charge of €60 is made for each set.
Damage
Guests are responsible for any damage or theft that occurs during their stay. The cost of repair or replacement is charged to the guest who made the booking.
Cleaning and waste
- Please keep the home tidy during your stay: final cleaning is included in the price.
- Please separate your waste for recycling using the containers provided in the apartment and do not leave rubbish in the shared areas: the Modena Palace Suite staff take care of disposal.

- For any problem, contact Guido on +393349905709, also on WhatsApp.
- For fires or medical emergencies, call 112.
If the rules are not respected
Anyone who does not respect these rules may be asked to leave the apartment without a refund and must cover any costs caused.
